This dynamic and exciting Pharmacist role reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy and is responsible for the provision of Pharmacy Services at Loblaw Pharmacy locations across South-Western Ontario. The Successful Candidate will be supplied with all the tools and supports required to travel within Ontario, including a Fleet Vehicle and all Vehicle-Related Expenses.

What you'll do:
1. Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients.
2. Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive interaction.
3. Administer Vaccinations and other activities as legislated by the Pharmacist Scope of Practice Program.
4. Provide Pharmaceutical Professional Services such as Medication Reviews, Prescription Adaptations, Minor Ailment Prescribing.
5. Provide timely and positive resolution to patient’s needs and Prescriber requests/issues.
What you’ll need:
1. Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, and a Class A Pharmacists license a must.
2. Driver’s License.
3. Injection Certification.
4. Minor Ailment Certification, superior customer relations skills, and a strong sense of professionalism.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of HealthWATCH (paperless).
