NVQ Level 3 or higher in Plumbing or related field. Excellent communication and reporting skills, both oral and written. Aftercare & Commissioning Engineer Skills: Perform aftercare visits to completed and legacy projects, assisting the office with scheduling and logging details of each visit using our construction software for analysis by quality and commercial teams. Collaborate with aftercare, procurement, and quality teams to price, source, and secure parts as needed, adhering to aftercare policies. Identify and resolve issues related to problematic products or materials, working with suppliers and updating quality and operations teams. Conduct commissioning tasks for air source heat pumps, HIUs, electric heating systems, and other heating systems, ensuring online commissioning forms are completed for client handovers (training provided). Pre-commissioning checks to ensure properties and systems are ready, communicating any outstanding work to relevant teams to avoid delays. Balance and commission ventilation systems in homes and apartments, documenting airflow rates and preparing handover paperwork. Liaise with ventilation validation companies to resolve any discrepancies in airflow readings, ensuring compliance with BCAR handover dates. Coordinate with specialist commissioning companies as needed. Support the QA and Ops teams in setting up and scheduling plant maintenance contracts, liaising with external stakeholders. Carry out plant maintenance service works on-site, logging results through cloud-based software, and identifying remedial works for the aftercare and commercial teams to cost and resolve. Provide troubleshooting and fault-finding assistance to contract teams when construction issues arise. The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of up to €65,000 plus package to include van/fuel card.
