About the Role:
During your apprenticeship within the Cambridge branch, your main duties will include supporting the team with quotations, viewing reports, downloading and updating invoices, taking meeting minutes, moving jobs through on MCM, ensuring all documents are up to date on MCM, and general administrative office work. Another part of the role will be learning about Facilities Management, including hard and soft services. We will encourage you to get involved in projects.
Accountabilities:
* Receiving inbound calls from customers/service users
* Sending and responding to email communication
* Logging and investigating repairs
* Completing assignments related to customer service (2 hours a day provided towards working on assignments)
* Assignments will often relate to the work you are currently doing within your job role
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 40 Hours Per Week
Role Criteria:
* Functional skills in both Math and English
* The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology, and safety procedures required for the role
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to understand and interpret work instructions
* Ability to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
