Job Description We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to think differently to transform the performance of our central campaigns. You will be responsible for devising and executing a multi-channel strategy for our industry campaigns, including choice of tactics, (digital, email, video, social). You will own audience segmentation and be responsible for performance optimization and reporting of KPIs and ROI. This role is fast-paced and the desired candidate will work with our Industry marketing, digital, creative, field teams and agencies. Essential Duties and Accountabilities The candidate will work on a variety of programs and actively contribute to the success of the central marketing team. Typical responsibilities will include: Build and manage complex, cross-channel marketing campaigns globally Choose tactics, leveraging email, social, digital, video Collaborate with internal digital team and agencies to execute tactics and optimize performance. Deliver, test and trial new and innovative approaches to account engagement and demand gen Work with Industry Marketing and agency to build a compelling creative and deliver Ads, emails, landing pages and copy which resonate with buyer Understand and optimize the buyer journey Manage and refine audiences Manage timescales and budget Analyze, monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness aligned to key metrics. Share a performance dashboard with stakeholders, supporting the optimization and fine tuning of campaigns
