We are seeking an experienced Regional Commercial Director to drive commercial success within our Northern Home Counties region, based at our Milton Keynes office.
You will lead the development and implementation of the commercial strategy, guiding the commercial team to achieve business growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial plan aligned with business objectives.
* Leading and motivating the commercial team to deliver exceptional results.
* Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform commercial decisions.
* Managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
A successful Regional Commercial Director will possess a strong track record in commercial leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
