SHEQ & Sustainability Manager Location: Stratford, London Contract type: Full time, Permanent Working hours: 40 Hours a week, Monday-Friday

As a SHEQ & Sustainability Manager for the UK's leading grounds maintenance and landscape creation provider, you'll ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and sustainability regulations across multiple sites. In this role, you'll work closely with site management to foster a safe, proactive work culture while leading to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Experience of providing SHEQ support to multi-site operations.
* A recognized Health and Safety Qualification - NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate or similar as a minimum.
* Experience of working with ISO/ OHSAS management systems, including up to date knowledge
* A recognized auditing qualification in Quality, Health and Safety or Environmental systems.
* A recognized training, skills, and practice qualification.
* Further relevant qualifications or competencies in the SHEQ discipline would also be advantageous.
* An enthusiastic self-starter, with the ability to motivate oneself.
* A supportive personality who can get stuck in and work with staff at all levels with a desire to want to make things better.
* The ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage a busy workload.
* Good communication skills; Happy to convey sound SHEQ advice at all levels.
* Good attention to detail.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Experience of using work flow applications.
* Has good knowledge and experience of making sustainable improvements to business.
