Job Title: Salesforce Functional Analyst (BA)
The Salesforce Functional Analyst (BA) is responsible for understanding and capturing clear business requirements. You will lead business workshops on all Salesforce OUP products and help the business understand capabilities and best practices, which will drive outputs such as process flows, Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
You will work closely with other technology teams to ensure that all designs align with our strategic roadmaps for this domain. In conjunction with the Functional Lead for Salesforce, you will advise these teams to ensure that designs enable us to maximize value from Salesforce platform developments.
As part of the dedicated Salesforce Hub Team, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions within Press. Your experience with large, complex Salesforce projects in a global sales and marketing organization, alongside an Agile offshore delivery model, will be essential.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Building and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Front Office technologies and their use within the business.
2. Developing collaborative relationships across functions to support business goals.
3. Analyzing and evaluating existing technical implementations for improvement opportunities.
4. Translating business requirements into functional specifications, focusing on delivering optimal technical solutions.
5. Collaborating with implementation teams and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze usability vs. performance trade-offs.
6. Monitoring solution roadmaps and highlighting risks and opportunities of evolving products.
7. Advising internal stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
Our hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
You will have:
1. Salesforce BA experience with Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud in a global organization.
2. Salesforce Admin Certification in CRM and Service Cloud.
3. Recognized BA Certification and Salesforce Admin Certification.
4. Subject matter expertise in relevant technologies and business processes.
5. Knowledge of business analysis and development methodologies.
6. Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate effectively with stakeholders and developers.
7. Understanding of IT organizational workflows to deliver outcomes.
8. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
9. Experience in delivering Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced global environment.
10. Experience with Marketing Cloud and Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) is desirable.
