Job Title: Business Development Executive (Outbound Appointment Setter)

Salary: £30,000 per annum with performance-based OTE of £39,600

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. Your primary role will be to generate new business opportunities through outbound appointment setting. You will play a crucial part in driving growth and success for Flotek Group by setting high-quality appointments for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for the field sales team.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with leads, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged.
4. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop tools and campaigns that generate business.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and present data daily, weekly, and monthly to management.
6. Prospecting: Conduct thorough research on prospects, understanding their current suppliers and services to build a comprehensive overview.
About you:
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a business development or sales role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
3. Ability to analyse data and identify trends
4. Experience in the IT and Communication sector is a plus
5. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
