Simply Education are working alongside a fantastic Special Education Needs school in Ashford to find a teacher to cover a range of different subjects. The school caters for children with complex needs including Autism, ADHD SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) and trauma of various kinds. They are looking for an individual who can provide excellent support and a nurturing environment to allow them to flourish.
The school are happy to consider both experienced teachers and early career teachers, however, some experience of working with SEN children is preferred.
We are looking for someone who: •Has recent experience teaching or working with SEN children. •Hold fully qualified teaching status in the UK. •Has excellent behaviour management skills. •Has excellent knowledge of British National Curriculum. •Can promote cultural development. •Has great communication and lesson delivery skills. •Can prepare and plan lessons in advance. •Is willing to learn and take new ideas on board.
