Job Description: In this role you would lead and execute LOMA's digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on CRM and lead generation, driving measurable results through digital channels. You will be the owner and custodian of all digital tools and platforms, and will be responsible for expanding our online presence, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting business growth through targeted and effective digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities : - Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, search engine marketing (SEM), social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. - Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI by using data-driven insights and performance metrics to adjust strategies. - Manage and optimize LOMA's CRM system to support the entire customer journey, from lead acquisition to conversion and post-sales engagement. Ensure CRM data is clean, segmented, and utilized effectively. Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM and marketing efforts. - Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, utilizing CRM tools to segment audiences, automate workflows, and deliver personalized content. - Develop, implement, and optimize lead generation strategies that effectively drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel. Create and optimize lead magnets, such as eBooks, webinars, landing pages, and case studies, to drive engagement and capture leads. - Support Regional Marketing Managers in the implementation of regional digital marketing campaigns, CRM, and e-mail marketing efforts. Work closely the sales and marketing team to develop lead scoring models and ensure smooth lead handover between marketing and sales. - Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), and display networks, ensuring global consistency and local relevance - Maintain budget oversight for paid campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness while driving lead generation and brand awareness. - Manage the global website strategy, ensuring the user experience (UX) is optimized for all regions, with localized content where appropriate. Work closely with web development agency to ensure seamless digital experiences, driving website traffic, improving conversion rates, and enhancing site performance across multiple devices and regions. - Work with the Global Marketing Communications Manager, Technical Communications Specialist and Product Mangers to develop fit for purpose high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and infographics, to engage global audiences through effective channel distribution. - Collaborate with external partners and agencies, as needed, to enhance digital marketing efforts. Position Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly focused on CRM management and successful lead generation within a B2B or industrial environment. - Experience developing lead scoring models and optimizing lead qualification processes to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, SEO and pai media campaigns. - Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) to streamline campaigns and customer engagement. - Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify trends, and use insights to continuously optimize lead generation and marketing strategies. - Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce), email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools. - A role model of Loma's behaviours (Hands-on, One Team, Positive Mindset, Delivering on our Commitments, Taking the initiative).
