We are really excited to have investment in School Nursing in Cornwall. We are integrated with our Early Help and Social Care colleagues and share an integrated electronic record which supports communication and co-ordination. We currently have a part time and full-time posts in the Mid Cornwall covering the Newquay and St Austell areas The Role: The role of the Community Nurse is integral part of the School Nurse team, supporting the delivery of a community public health nursing service. You will take delegated work and be responsible for your own caseload, having a degree of autonomy over your diary and workload planning.
