Receptionist/Administrator – Full time 37.5 hours per week
Based at our Carlisle office
We are looking for a full time Administrator/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and experience of supporting all activities that facilitate the smooth day to day running of a busy office.
The successful candidate will enjoy a fast paced and varied role, should have excellent interpersonal skills, be organised, possess good attention to detail and have a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
1. Greeting visitors both over the phone and face to face
2. Typing
3. Diary management
4. Maintaining accurate client data
5. Management of petty cash
6. Ordering stationery
7. General office/administration duties
The successful candidate will be joining a family run business, who are a multi award-winning firm of Chartered Accountants, tax and business advisors in Cumbria and Lancashire, led by the same senior management team and partners for the last 25 years, supported by a hard-working high performing team.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants should have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English and good working knowledge of MS Office suite.
