Risk Consulting – Regulatory Compliance Consultant (Life Sciences)
The opportunity
The Regulatory Compliance team is part of the Technology Risk group under Business Consulting, which focuses on Life Sciences & Healthcare industries. You will be an integral member of our consulting team and spend most of your time providing client services in the following areas: process assessment, process improvement, validation strategy, technology risk assessment, solution implementation and technology transformation.
Your key responsibilities
Most of your time will be spent supporting client engagement teams and working with a wide variety of clients to deliver quality and risk management services in the Life Sciences domain.

* Supporting large scale client engagements and consistently deliver quality client services
* Driving high quality work products within expected timeframes
* Monitoring progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed
* Understanding EY and its service lines and actively present ways to serve clients
* Developing relationship with team members across all EY practices to support client needs
* Playing an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization
* Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to the team members
* Generating new business opportunities
To qualify for the role, you must have
* A bachelor’s degree and approximately 6 years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience
* 4+ years of consulting experience in Life Sciences
* Good interpersonal skills; Good written and presentational skills
* Experience with Information Technology (IT) and/or Quality Assurance (QA)
* Experience of working in a compliance role
Ideally, you’ll also have
* Practical laboratory experience and knowledge of lab techniques
* Knowledge of computer system validation and SAP validation
* An understanding of GxP best practices
* Quality risk management
* Experience with record keeping and change control management
