Description Digital Banking UX Writer The Digital Banking UX Writer is a new role that will support J.P. Morgan’s innovative approach to financial services. As a successful candidate, you’ll create content, strategies and guidelines for the Wholesale Payments business, which provides solutions that facilitate the growth and operational efficiency of large enterprise clients, small businesses, marketplaces and gig economies. The firm processes trillions of dollars a day and settles some of the most critical global financial transactions. You’ll collaborate with business, product and development teams that develop advanced products to optimize the client experience. In this role, you’ll: Plan and create content for user interfaces across various digital banking products. Write product descriptions, case studies, articles, video scripts, emails, slide decks, etc. Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone and style. Follow the firm’s content guidelines and contribute ideas on improvements. Collaborate with content strategists, technical writers, product owners, developers and other key stakeholders. Provide insights for improving the usability of applications. You should have a good understanding of: Fintech products, preferably for B-to-B users. Marketing content for technical products. End-user instructions. User experience. Application of brand and style book guidelines. AP Stylebook. Your experience should include: 8 or more years experience in UX writing, product marketing, technical writing or other content-related fields. A portfolio of content examples that demonstrate clarity of style and voice. Working knowledge of and experience with APIs. Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and understand how products work. Tools such as Jira and content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager. Agile/Scrum methodologies.
