About the roleWe have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer driven Service Adviser to join our team at Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham. As a Sytner Service Adviser, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need. Her at Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham you will work Monday to Friday and a Saturday once a month to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you Don't worry if you do not have previous experience however showing a career and history delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction will be highly beneficial.
