The focus of this role is to ensure our clients Customer Service Team is offering a high level of service to customers, clients and suppiers.
Responsabilities:
* Oversee all customer contact from sales
* Complaint resolution
* Ensure your team provide the very best customer service
* Manage all interactions with customers and supplies and these to be done effectively and efficiently.
* Ensure all teams emails, live chats and calls are handled to a high standard
* Provide guidance and trainning
* Keep up to date with currently products and ranges
* Manage staff rota
