Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with other department managers to streamline processes. Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and legal regulations. Manage and mentor a high-performing team. Handle budgeting and resource allocation effectively. Monitor and improve operations productivity and efficiency. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the department.Profile A successful Operations Manager should have: Extensive knowledge of property and construction industry standards. Strong leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in managing and overseeing a number of staff from Project Managers to Site Managers Proven ability to oversee and manage all aspects of operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.Job Offer A competitive salary range of £76,500 - £93,500 GBP per annum.
