The role:
As Onshore Service Line Manager, you will be responsible for the overall onshore site investigation business. You will create a strategic vision to enable the Onshore Service Line team to achieve the strategic objectives of Fugro and work with our European Site Investigation team. You will ensure that all our activities are aligned with our mission and values.
1. You will develop and deliver the Onshore Service Line Strategy.
2. You will liaise with key stakeholders to achieve revenue growth and profitability with the proposal and operational, technical, and project delivery teams.
3. Have a good client network and build on client relations.
4. Manage people and equipment development and utilization.
5. The Onshore Service Line Team has a large team; you will have proven experience of leading and implementing change to support the progression and development of the team.
6. Successfully implement the innovation roadmap with R&D teams.
Who we’re looking for:
The Onshore Service Line Manager needs to be a proven successful leader who can implement and manage change successfully, resulting in profitable outcomes. This person needs to be a natural motivator, with a vision and a drive for success. The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge in Geotechnical Site Investigations and a good understanding of Profit & Loss, delivering innovative solutions to achieve targets and outcomes. The Onshore Service Line Manager needs to show resilience and be a confident decision-maker, understanding business risks. It is imperative that the Onshore Service Line Manager can influence and manage people and teams.
