Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique travel requirements and business goals. Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams, including travel consultants and operations, to ensure seamless travel service delivery. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to optimise their travel programs, reduce costs, and enhance traveller satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximise client value. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues proactively. Stay updated on industry trends, travel policies, and new technologies to offer clients the latest solutions. Prepare regular reports on account performance, travel spend, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist with contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client. Requirements: Proven experience in client management, account management, or similar roles within corporate travel, hospitality, or related industries. In-depth knowledge of corporate travel management, including industry standards, trends, and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle complex travel issues with poise and professionalism. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and offer actionable insights to clients. Proficiency in using travel management software and related tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
