1. Dealing with all incoming reservations
2. Upselling outlets
3. Cross checking OTA bookings to ensure correct information is input in Opera
4. Dealing with room blocks, groups and tours
5. Maximizing departmental revenue opportunities
6. Preparing reservations to ensure a smooth run of the reception tasks
Qualifications
7. Previous experience in a hotel environment
8. Opera Cloud knowledge is essential
9. ResaWeb knowledge is fundamental
10. Previous experience in a Accor hotel is a plus
Additional Information
Hours :Part time 16 Hours per week
Flexibility: Saturdays & Sundays Only
Job start Date: To be confirmed
Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, Able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, Assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage etc.
