HR Advisor
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm - Hybrid Working
£13.50 - £14.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Are you looking for a dynamic and rewarding HR role? Are you passionate about helping employees thrive and driving organisational success? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team in the CV area.
What you'll be doing:
1. Supporting the HR team with day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
2. Providing first-point of contact support to employees, managers, candidates, third parties, and colleagues on a broad range of HR policy, process, and system queries, resolving first time where possible to deliver an excellent customer service and experience.
3. Acting on and owning customer queries through to resolution, referring to a Centre of Expertise or Business Partner for escalation or support in resolving as appropriate to enhance our customer's experience.
4. Investigating and resolving Learning Management System and course queries effectively and efficiently, ensuring learning records are correct in line with role and business requirements.
5. Identifying, reviewing, and recommending improvements to self-service HR resources based on customer usage and feedback to enhance the customer experience.
6. Escalating complex queries to and supporting the Senior HR Adviser (Services) in managing and resolving these cases to meet SLAs, regulatory, and customer requirements.
7. Maintaining and contributing to the complete and accurate recording of people data across HR systems, for internal reporting and regulatory purposes.
8. Supporting the creation and maintenance of query management tools used by customers to provide accurate and complete data about the performance of the service in line with agreed SLAs.
9. Proactively maintaining and improving knowledge of HR best practice, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements to deliver a comprehensive and compliant service.
10. Collaborating with colleagues across the HR Division to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to HR service delivery and to provide an excellent service to our customers.
11. Acting as a subject matter expert, participating in the development, implementation, and testing of HR projects and initiatives as required to contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR Division and the customer/employee experience.
12. Delivering short-term/one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager.
What you'll bring to the team:
1. Proven experience as an HR Advisor, with a deep understanding of HR practices and policies.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and professionalism.
5. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
