* The preparation and the processing for all employees within the business, including pension contributions, deductions and calculating pay.
* Maintaining the employee data and accurate payment records, including pay rates, personal details and changes in salaries or job positions.
* Provide employees with accurate and timely information when acting as a first point of contact for employee payroll queries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory and company regulations, policies and procedures.
* You will be required to offer project support to the rest of the team, helping with the transition of systems within the business.
Requirements:In this role, you will need…
* Experience working in Payroll
* Level 3 Payroll qualification or equivalent (desirable)
* Good written communication skills
* Excellent administrative, numerical and organisation skills.
