What You'll Do
As our Product Owner - API and Integrations, you are responsible for planning and implementing new DMS (Dealer Management Systems) integrations, OEM applications integration, payment gateways integrations, new hardware integration as well as managing & maintaining existing integrations and APIs in our eco-system to ensure they create value and are performant.
Responsibilities
1. Assessing and prioritizing new Dealer Management Systems, Payment Gateways, OEM Applications and Hardware to be integrated.
2. Build relationship with current and future providers, customers and OEMs to be top-of-mind to explore and utilise business potential together.
3. Project manage the implementation projects from A-Z together with team, pilot customer and DMS vendors.
4. Continuously improving data processes to ensure fast and high-quality implementation and operation for optimal value creation.
5. Strategically develop the eco-system as a key offering to the market together with product management team.
6. Monitor performance and data quality and establish data quality procedures for continuous improvements.
7. Remove friction that limits the customer experience by having a deep understanding of our product, APIs and best practice within the automotive aftermarket industry and the Tjekvik universe.
8. Build and maintain the eco-system area of our helpdesk together with support.
9. Help grow our company to become the supplier of choice for the global automotive aftermarket.
10. Maintain the business case for the eco-system area.
Qualifications
1. Deep knowledge about DMS data and/or data integrations – you may work for a DMS vendor or an IT department at a large dealer group/OEM or a similar company.
2. Experience with a portfolio of DMS systems and integrations is a plus.
3. Knowledge and experience in understanding the Automotive Retailers Service process.
4. Naturally communicate with both engineers and business stakeholders – internally and externally.
5. Ability to keep an overview of multiple complex processes with a “we’re not here only to do easy things” attitude.
6. Self-driven and able to work efficiently in a remote organization.
7. Fluent in English; German and other European languages are a plus.
