We are seeking a Data Analytics Apprentice to join our marketing team. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in data analytics and IT. You will work closely with experienced professionals to learn about data collection, organisation, and analysis, focusing on marketing-specific systems and platforms such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software (such as Dynamics 365), Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot). What will you be doing? Assist in collecting and organising marketing data from various sources, including CRM systems and digital marketing platforms such as Dynamics 365, Power BI, social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), Google and Bing, Ahrefs, and HubSpot. Learn basic data analysis techniques to extract insights and trends from marketing data. Support the maintenance and management of marketing databases, systems and processes. Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track marketing performance metrics. Ensure systems, data, and processes are protected and aligned to UK data protection acts such as GDPR. The right person for this role will have a strong interest in data analysis and the IT industry in general. You don’t need any prior work experience and can be someone who recently left school/college or someone who is looking to change careers. You will have a desire to learn as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities. Key Skills: A strong interest in data analysis Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A basic understanding of data management principles. A desire to learn and for continuous improvement. Has the ability to embrace feedback as well as being able to adapt to change. Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) and you will be expected to on-site full-time What is the apprenticeship? You will be completing the ‘ Level 3 Data Essentials ’ apprenticeship through Phoenix and our apprenticeship provider.
