We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for Facilities Manager based in the Bristol/ Somerset area.
Day to Day:
The work will involve overseeing the assets and facilities in the Bristol and Somerset areas.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Day to day management of buildings
Management of contracts and contractors
Experience of commercial asset management
Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance
Experience and working knowledge of building compliance
Facilities or mechanical related qualification required
NEBOSH or H&S qualification desirable
