NEC3 Contract management and administration upstream and downstream
Establish and manage entitlement, with focus on maximising entitlement under the contract
Investigate and draft contract communications and notices including Early Warning Notices, notification of Compensation Events, General Communications
Liaison and negotiation with the Client's Commercial and/or project team
Establishing and maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Ensure appropriate commercial records are maintained in line with the contract requirements and oversee any contractual issues
Provide contractual and commercial risk advice to the Commercial team and wider Technical and Construction Delivery teams
Contribute to project financial monitoring and reporting
Administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts including EWNs, change, payments, forecasts and through to final account
The quantity surveyor will lead the review and valuation of subcontractor applications for payment in accordance with contractual terms and conditions and contractual entitlement
Manage, monitor and report on commercial and cost reporting aspects of allocated projects and portfolio of works including CVRs and cost control
Support the programme and project teams to ensure full compliance with contract and corporate governance rules
