Are you ready to lead from the front? As an Aftersales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of aftermarket operations at a plant hire business based in Corby. This pivotal role covers both the plant machinery parts and service departments, with full P&L accountability and a clear mandate to grow the aftermarket division. Working closely with the Directors, you’ll implement and drive initiatives to increase service delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
The Aftersales Manager will oversee daily operations, from engineering performance to parts inventory, workshop efficiency, and customer management. You’ll lead a team of engineers and parts specialists, manage the DMS and CRM systems, liaise with external marketing support, and ensure KPI benchmarks are met or exceeded. You’ll also play a hands-on role in planning, reporting, training, and delivering continuous improvement across the department.
