The Role
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable customer experiences, embodying the vibrant and professional spirit of Policy Expert. Every interaction is a chance to shine, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported, whether they're seeking answers or updating their policies. You'll be the friendly voice that leaves a lasting impression, making every call a positive and memorable experience!
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting the expectation and standards of our Customer Service within Policy Expert.
2. Handling inbound telephone calls from customers regarding their insurance policies or to make mid-term adjustments.
3. Managing written communications via live chat, email, and letters.
4. Proactively making outbound calls to customers.
5. Efficiently processing administrative tasks as needed.
6. Upselling additional products to our customers.
7. Effectively managing and resolving complaints.
8. Ensuring workloads are completed by required deadlines and meet quality standards in line with FCA compliance and best practices.
9. Maintaining accurate existing information.
10. Keeping up to date with our products, processes, and industry developments.
