Your day will consist of: Engaging and interacting with the people we support Supporting Project Workers in delivering workshops relating to tenancy management and health and wellbeing Ensuring the building is secure including health & safety checks and maintaining an awareness of who is in the building Dealing with challenging behaviours Addressing any additional needs, the people we support might have Our aim is to ensure we equip these individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to live independently. This is a challenging role and you will be faced with complex behaviours and needs, including alcohol misuse, mental health, substance misuse and anti-social and offending behaviour. You will work with a range of different personalities and behaviours so you will need to be able to adapt your approach to engage with a diverse cliental.
