Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Creation of area business plans to drive growth and profitability with Contractors and Wholesalers in your assigned geography.
* Develop business relationships with contractors & branch managers within your geographic area.
* Provide accurate and timely forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
* Collaborate with the Regional MK sales teams, Customer Service Team, and the wider HBT sales team on customer proposals and orders.
* Plan and prioritize customer/client contact to achieve business aims and sales targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* A proven track record in the electrical industry, preferably with experience dealing with electrical contractors or MK Electric & Honeywell Lighting Control.
* Ability to build and manage customer relationships at all levels.
* Confident with a positive 'can do' attitude and strong self-belief.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Confidence in leading meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
