Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting for an Art Teacher on behalf of a fantastic secondary school. The school is located in the Aberdare area and the successful candidate will be teaching Art to students of KS3 and KS4. The role will begin at Easter covering a maternity with scope to move into a more permanent position for the right candidate. Interviews will be held over the next 2 weeks.
The Ideal Art Teacher:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status
* Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to apply for one
* Valid registration with the EWC or willingness to apply
* Experience teaching Art to KS3 and KS4 students is desirable
* Two school-based references (if applicable)
I have an exciting position available for a Secondary Art Teacher who is looking for an Easter start. The school is looking for a qualified and experienced Art teacher who has taught Art in line with school curriculum to KS3 and KS4 students before. However, they are willing to accept a Newly Qualified Teacher who is looking to broaden their experience and who they can invest in with training and development.
The successful candidate will be working within a small and friendly Art department with great support from the team they have there. You will be expected to pre-plan and deliver Art lessons in line with the school curriculum, providing engaging and valuable education throughout the school day.
