Multi Trade Operative – Based out of Warwick and Leamington Spa
Full Time – 40 hours per week (8-5 pm with 1 hour lunch)
Salary: £33,000 p/a + company van with a fuel card

Your Responsibilities:
1. Reactive maintenance works on social housing properties and processing jobs on the PDA system
2. Attending all aspects of carpentry and plumbing works on domestic properties fitting kitchens and bathrooms
3. Locksmithing (multi-point locks), force entry into the property and door fitting/re-hanging
4. Maintenance of cold-water systems, leak repairs and installation of sinks, toilets, and showers
5. UPVC doors and windows maintenance with glazing (preferable)
6. Delivering 1st & 2nd fixes, fitting domestic kitchens and bathrooms
7. Attending secondary trade including roofing, tiling, patch plastering, flooring, decorating, damp proofing when needed and making sure to complete a first-time fix accordingly
8. Travelling to multiple locations delivering reactive maintenance and responsive repairs
The successful candidate will have:
1. Technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in carpentry/plumbing or equivalent (Desirable)
2. A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)
3. Own tools
4. Full, UK driving licence
