About this opportunity
As a Business Process Specialist (BPS), you will report to the Business Development Manager and collaborate closely with the EMEA Business Process Manager & DSO reporting Specialist. Your responsibility will be to generate optimal business workflows with Dental Special Organizations (DSO) in the UKI. You will map current workflows with our Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Reporting teams, and enhance infrastructure and service to large accounts across the UKI market. Additionally, you will lead optimization plans with DSO stakeholders, establish robust ways of working, and carry out "added-value" initiatives.
In collaboration with the regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for qualitative and quantitative data capture, analysis, and action planning aimed at driving commercial performance. You will also support operational aspects within the GP division, including product launches, new initiatives, and key development areas within the process infrastructure. This position is based in our Birmingham office.
In this role, you will:
1. Project-manage and lead various interdepartmental projects, from goal-setting and resource allocation to development and deployment, ensuring timely completion of value-added deliverables.
2. Collect, synthesize, and report data weekly on current account performance and new business development; closely monitor accounts against targets and KPIs.
3. Benchmark and track the impact of marketing actions and plan next steps in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
4. Provide infrastructure (data and processes) support to sales and marketing DSO plans.
5. Identify focus areas and opportunities to improve existing commercial reporting and dashboards.
6. Work collaboratively with Business Unit Managers, Business Development Managers, Marketing Managers, and key accounts to identify, measure, and share best practices.
7. Support quarterly Operations Review preparations, including data, analysis, and materials, liaising with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
8. Refine and create tools and materials to improve processes, from business case reviews to contract approvals, new account onboarding, billing, and quarterly customer reporting/business reviews.
9. Participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance, including sales process coordination and project management support as needed.
10. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks critical to the business.
In this role, you’ll need:
* A Master’s degree or BA diploma with over 4 years of related experience (Sales, Sales Operations, Business Development) and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to multitask and be dynamic.
* Excellent interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills.
* Ability to map and improve business processes.
* Focus on results, ROI, and commercial growth.
* Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus.
* Lean Six Sigma (or similar methodology) certification is a plus.
* Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
* Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
* Native-level English skills.
