The incumbent plans, schedules, and drives all maintenance activities such as Predictive/Preventive, Corrective Maintenance, Modification Projects, and Facility maintenance involving various engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation to optimize utilization of resources and facilitate safe, smooth, cost-effective, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and drive EHS culture by leading the maintenance team and emphasizing corporate EHS policy and culture. Actively participate in EH&S activities, best practices initiation/sharing, and drive continuous improvement in EHS topics.
2. Lead team members to achieve optimized maintenance planning and enable high-performance operations consistent with plant management strategy.
3. Identify and drive need-based development plans for the maintenance team.
4. Drive plant predictive/preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and safe execution, including the Mechanical Integrity program, in a cost-effective manner without compromising safety or quality goals.
5. Drive plant reliability by constantly reviewing corrective maintenance data and the effectiveness of the predictive/preventive maintenance program using various tools (e.g., RCA, RBM, RCM, FMEA) and inspection techniques (e.g., oil analyses, other NDT).
6. Execute need-based facility-related maintenance.
7. Ensure all maintenance information (e.g., equipment history records and fault reports) is accurately and promptly updated and maintained in SAP and other formats.
8. Track maintenance department-related KPIs closely to identify improvement opportunities.
9. Ensure support and compliance with work processes related to SAP, Management System (ISO 9001 & 14001), MOC, procurement processes, and related corporate requirements such as Binding Technical Document (BTD).
