Are you hardworking, committed, and passionate about helping young people and their families improve their outcomes? If so, we need you! We offer an attractive package of 27 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays, appealing pension and the Kent Rewards Scheme. In addition to this, we offer opportunities for training and development.
Family Hubs are part of Kent County Council’s offer to support children and young people, aged 0-19 (25 SEND), and their families. Family Hubs are a place where the whole family can access advice, support and guidance.
Our local Family Hubs offer a broad and integrated range of early help services for families, which include midwifery, health visiting, parenting support and activities for children and young people. We have 56 Family Hubs across Kent, where we operate alongside our partners to support local communities.
