Accounts Administrator Towcester Monday to Friday 08:45-17:00 £25-£30K DOE Interaction is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts and Admin Assistant to support with our clients' financial and administrative operations. The Accounts and Admin Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth administrative functions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties: Assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Handle general administrative duties, including managing office supplies, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of office systems and procedures. To be considered: Proven experience in an accounts or administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
