Overview of the job
This is a dual role combining Job descriptions for Rehabilitative Culture Engagement/ Diversity and Inclusion.
Summary
1. The post holder will lead on progressing, embedding and expanding the establishment engagement strategy for the prison community under the umbrella of a rehabilitative culture.
2. The job holder is responsible for leading on the provision of advice on equality issues within the establishment, ensuring compliance with legislation.
This is a non-rotational, non-operational role with line management responsibilities.
