Main Duties of the Job
Mayfield Unit in Thurrock Community Hospital is a 24-bedded inpatient ward with free parking facilities, situated in a pleasant local community. We provide rehabilitation to older adults, improving service users' functional skills with their activities of daily living while promoting independence.

Person Specification
Knowledge
* An awareness of NHS priorities
* Good awareness of NHS Forward Plan NSF and clinical governance priorities
Qualifications
* BSc Occupational Therapy
* HCPC registered
Experience
* Evidence of CPD in Portfolio with recent learning relevant to the clinical field.
* Recent experience of working in the NHS as part of a multi-disciplinary team (2 years minimum)
