We are investing in our product, brand, and marketing in Europe to execute our strategic product launches. Our next product launch is always on the horizon.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
As a CRM Analyst, you will analyze customer data and interactions to generate insights that enhance relationships and maximize business value. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop targeted CRM strategies. Your main duties include:
1. Reseller Behavior Analysis: Analyze reseller behavior and preferences by examining demographics, purchasing trends, product usage data, spending habits, loyalty metrics, and other relevant factors.
2. Portal Management Assistance: Support the CRM Operations Manager in maintaining the portal by uploading content and providing close support to the European subsidiary to ensure active portal usage.
3. Partner Portal Optimization: Improve the partner portal by evaluating user interactions and generating regular reports for team review to enhance functionality and user experience.
Skills and Qualifications
What we need for this role
* Good understanding of CRM systems and management skills, preferably Salesforce
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong database management skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel
* Ability to problem-solve and take ownership of projects
* Ability to work well in teams
* Ability to multitask

* Keep the portal updated with the latest content
* Regular progress checks with CRM Operations Manager and team
