What is great about the role? Pobl provide homes for people. Well maintained homes which people can live in at rents which are affordable to them. You will help us to deliver a high-quality service to our customers in a way which ensures that the customer only has to contact us once in relation to their enquiry. You will be dealing mainly with queries via the telephone, email and social media platforms from customers who want to apply for one of our homes, pay their rent or report a repair to their property. Who are we looking for? A background in Customer Service is essential and experience in a similar role or from a housing or contact centre background would be desirable. However, if you feel you have the transferable skills from another job, please demonstrate it in your application (please see the job description for more detail). An ability to speak Welsh will be an advantage. What are the pay and benefits? We have 1 x 37 hour role available in Swansea which is permanent and the salary is £ 26,881.05.
