Youll work with Your Home your Lettings Team colleagues to allocate NCHA properties, ensuring efficient processes, sustainable communities, and exceptional customer service. Why Join Us? Who Were Looking For Experience in a customer-focused role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-organised, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in IT, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, and keen to learn property advertising platforms. A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards learning lettings processes. Key Responsibilities Advertise void properties and minimise re-let times. Respond to customer enquiries and support tenancy terminations, allocations, and lettings processes. Maintain accurate records and produce reports as needed to support the team.
