We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a public sector organisation, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in the Bristol area.
Day to Day:
This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors, arranging works, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
1. Management of multiple work streams across the Bristol area providing a repairs service
2. Working across housing association repairs and voids
3. Management of daily workload and prioritising repairs requests
4. Monitoring KPIs, targets and daily management of teams
5. Management of contracts and adhering to SLAs
6. Previous experience in this role is essential.
7. Trade background would be beneficial.
