We are looking for someone with a positive mentality who is comfortable on the phone and quick to learn new IT systems.
As the Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for boosting sales activity of your own product within the B2B market, identifying sales opportunities, calling customers, coordinating promotions, and working together with departments and third-party contacts to ensure the order requirements are met.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships.
2. Educate and train team members to ensure they are up to date on pricing, deals, and new technologies.
3. Plan, prioritise, and coordinate promotion days.
4. Identify areas for development within the sales pipeline to improve sales ability of the products.
5. Ensure all pricing and stock information on the system is accurate and up to date for their products.
Personal Specifications:
1. A proven track record of outgoing sales.
2. A proven track record of building customer relationships.
3. Able to communicate effectively to all levels of contacts.
4. Proven experience of achievement in a target-driven environment.
5. Organisation skills - able to plan and prioritise own time and be proactive and self-motivated.
This role will include occasional travel to other office locations around the UK and genuine career progression.
Due to the location of the office, access to your own method of transport is essential.
