Job Description
Duties and tasks of the Finance Officer:
* Providing administrative assistance to the finance team
* Overseeing juniors' work ensuring accurate postings
* Processing purchase invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for invoice payment resolution
* Bank reconciliations and analysis
* Producing reports and journals
* Assisting with budget, forecasts, and analysis of variances
The Successful Applicant
To be successful as the Finance Officer you will have:
* Previous experience assisting with budgets and forecasts
* Excellent ability with accounting systems and Excel
* Ability to communicate effectively to financial and non-financial members
