Job summary The post holder will provide leadership and project management support in a locality as well as working with partners across the health and care system in BSW to ensure patients receive their care and treatment wherever possible in the community. The role will also play a key role in the development and interpretation of local, regional and national datasets and dashboards to assist in the understanding of local performance. Main duties of the job This role will support services commissioned through the Better Care Fund (BCF) and other funding streams such as winter pressures, but this portfolio will flex according to the priorities of the locality in pursuit of developing an integrated care alliance in each locality and the development of the BSW Integrated Care System (ICS).
