Main Purpose
To lead and manage a team of project engineers, ensuring effective delivery of all projects within the region, completed on time and within budget, including personally managing key projects within the region.

General Responsibilities
1. Support business planning and objective setting regarding the management of projects for UK sites.
2. Regular communication with teams on project management in the region to assist the Operations Director with the management of the Operations Function.
3. Implement and document process improvements and automation.
4. Produce updates on project delivery to the HOP to support the monitoring of KPIs.
5. Promote cross-functional working and demonstrate a one-team approach.
6. Promote and embed company strategy, vision, and spirit within the Project Delivery team.
7. Manage key projects within the region.
8. Delegate workload and allocate projects to the Project Engineers.
9. Support Project Engineers in dealing with situations that arise during project management, negotiating with customers/suppliers regarding conflict resolution, scope deviations, and project delivery issues, making decisions as necessary and escalating when appropriate.
10. Liaise with BUK Sales teams, providing feedback on deviations from the quotation sustained during project completion.
11. Complete projects effectively and ensure that project reviews (wash-ups) are undertaken.

2. Provide performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring to manage talent.
