Procurae Group are an expanding provider of Care and Support services, employing over 240 people. We provide support to people who require our service in their own tenancies, with the support ranging from practical assistance through to supporting with behaviours that may challenge. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Engagement and Social Media Co-ordinator who will cover a number of internal functions that underpin our engagement strategy. Based in our modern office in Brighouse (free car parking available and Brighouse train station 200 metres away), you will be a key member of the People team, working alongside our HR and Recruitment teams who provide a service to all parts of the group and support our four care and support businesses. The absolute focus of this role is to deliver engagement activity and internal communication, with an angle on promoting some of the great work our teams do on our social media sites, which in turn supports our recruitment strategy. Key tasks Oversee and deliver our employee engagement strategy, linked to our people strategy Create and publish regular (and daily) content for the employee engagement app, planning and agreeing details well in advance Promote key elements of Procurae Group engagement tools Arrange and promote Listening Lunches Manage the Values based recognition scheme by promoting and co-ordinating monthly and annual awards Drive content through engagement with the wider workforce Manage content on social media sites Support and create content for use on our five websites linked to each brand Create branding for banners/leaflets and other such promotions, for example business development functions. This includes developing content for brochures and websites and other material to be used for external publication For this role you should have the following skills: Strong IT literacy, to include being comfortable with Outlook and all associated Microsoft systems High level of competence with using social media sites, including the management of content Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly level of organisation and have a way of working that focuses on accuracy and meeting deadlines Display a positive outlook and show others that you want to be part of an organisation that values people Demonstrate that you are not afraid to think outside the box and look at innovative ways of supporting our teams About You For this role you will have a positive outlook and be an outgoing person who knows their way around social media sites. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will enjoy engaging with people and forming relationships. In the first instance you must know your way around Facebook and other associated platforms, because this is an essential skill. You should demonstrate an appropriate use of technology and also have the ability to create content, including pictures and photography that will be used across our sites.
