We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse.
Duties
- Load and unload materials using a forklift
- Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory
- Conduct basic equipment repairs and maintenance
- Handle shipping and receiving duties
- Perform heavy lifting as required
- Manage materials efficiently within the warehouseQualifications
- Proficient in operating a forklift
- Possess mechanical knowledge for equipment operation
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to handle shipping and receiving tasks
- Skilled in basic mathematics for inventory counting
- Experience in materials handling within a warehouse setting
