We are looking to recruit an Account Manager for one of our leading Harrogate clients. The team of account managers offers outstanding service to their customers and manages appointments. The role is extremely busy, and you must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking and prioritizing workload. This is a great business to work for; they invest in their staff, there is a good team morale, and they also pride themselves on reward and recognition.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer accounts to ensure they are happy with service offerings.
2. Manage diaries, scheduling pre-planned maintenance and call outs.
3. Preparing quotes.
4. Invoicing.
5. Ensure all customer requirements are met and future services are scheduled.
6. Working closely with engineers and manufacturers to source parts required for jobs.
7. Ensure good working relationships and communication with customers.
8. Working to department KPI's.
Skills/Experience, Necessary:
1. Good communication skills.
2. Excellent relationship builder.
3. Organized and methodological in approach to work.
4. Problem solver.
5. Previous experience in a diary management role.
6. Experience using Sage 200.
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. Salary of £27,000 + quarterly commission.
