The Role:
The Customer Service & Logistics Executive will play a crucial role in the organisation.
* Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls
* Resolve customer queries and communicate progress effectively
* Manage and process sales orders, ensuring customers are informed
* Organise and oversee the delivery of goods with freight partners
* Provide daily reports to keep customers updated on orders and returns
* Handle returns and quarantine stock processing with relevant teams
* Manage equipment serial numbers and coordinate machinery repairs
* Occasionally attend Senior Management Team meetings
* Assist with procurement, sales, and other administrative tasks
